It would be more effective to make this ambiguous design of the hand show a definite spiral movement of the fingers going one way or the other.
Showing her calves and feet would make the foreshortened view more definite, too.
The shape of the right-side arm could use more care. It is slightly distorted and the joint with the hand is indefinite.
The finishing details are very good. Nevertheless, learn to attend carefully to the foundation before working on details.
